Muptezel Bots Terms of Service

Welcome to Muptezel Bots! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Discord bot Muptezel Bots (the 'Service') operated by Muptezel Team ('we,' 'us,' or 'our').

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the Service to a Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Abuse and Harassment: Using the bot to harass, spam, or abuse other users or servers.
• Spamming: Sending excessive or redundant commands in a manner that negatively impacts the bot's performance or user experience.
• Exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, flaws, or errors in the bot's code or features (especially economy/game features) for unfair gain. Any exploitable vulnerability must be reported immediately.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Illegal Activities: Using the Service to promote or engage in any illegal activities.

3. Service Access and Termination

Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's or a server's access to the Service at any time, for any reason, particularly for violations of these Terms or the Discord Terms of Service, without prior notice. Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

AS IS Basis: The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, stability, or uptime of the Service. We are not responsible for any data loss, damages, or business interruptions caused by the bot's operation or unavailability.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the bot's code, design, and intellectual property, is owned by Muptezel Team and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
